Appointments can be made to see the doctor or nurse daily. Doctor’s appointments can be booked up to 5 days in advance. Appointments for the nurse can be made up to 4 weeks in advance. 

Same day internet booking appointments are now available as an alternative to the walk-in service. Please note that internet appointments are listed daily. If you wish to book one of these appointments please check online before the surgery opens.

Please book your appointments online or call the surgery during surgery hours on 020 3118 7310. If you have not used internet booking before please collect an internet booking slip from reception.

We aim to give you an appointment to see a doctor/nurse by the next working day.

Half our appointments can be booked in advance and the other half are available on the day via the walk-in service or on the practice website-on line. 

Trainee health care professionals may also be in attendance during consultations - please state if you would not like their presence

Urgent Problems

Urgent problems will be aimed at being dealt with as soon as possible on the same day.  Please respect that these slots are meant for urgent medical needs only.

Telephone Advice

If you would like to speak to a doctor or a nurse please contact the surgery between 10:00 - 12:00 and ask for a telephone appointment.


The surgery can provide consultations with interpreters for those patients who are unable to communicate in English.

These consultations will require prior arrangement in order to arrange the interpreter. Please kindly ask the reception staff for further details and give at least 48 hours of prior notice.


If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
